Refund & Project Policy
1. Project Booking & Payment Structure
All freelance design projects require a mutual agreement on scope before commencing. Standard projects generally follow a structured milestone payment plan (e.g., an upfront deposit to secure the booking, followed by milestone payments or a final payment upon delivery), which will be explicitly defined in your project proposal.
2. Refund Policy on Digital Services
Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of professional web design side and development, refunds cannot be issued once substantial work has commenced. The initial deposit is generally non-refundable as it secures time in the service calendar. If you choose to cancel a project before phase two begins, you will not be billed for the remainder of the project, but previous payments compensating completed labor will not be returned.
3. Revisions & Approvals
Projects include predefined revision rounds to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Client satisfaction is a priority, and reasonable adjustments are accommodated. However, significant changes to the scope after structural approval may be subject to additional billing.
4. Client Responsibilities & Delays
The timeline of any website build is heavily dependent on the prompt supply of necessary assets (branding, copy, product images, access credentials) by the client. If a project is stalled for an extended period due to unresponsiveness or delayed assets from the client side, the project may be archived or rescheduled.
5. Handover & Post-Delivery
Final project files, admin access, or domain deployments are handed over strictly after the final milestone payment is cleared. Post-delivery support terms, if included, begin immediately upon final project sign-off.
